Unit 1 - Bachelor Suite

Brand new. One bathroom, one queen bed and one pull-out double sofa. Comfortably sleeps four. It comes with washer/dryer, TV/DVD, wireless internet, clothes steamer, electric fireplace, A/C and a fully self contained kitchen with granite countertops, including fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.

Unit 2 - Executive Home

Three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home. Sleeps six. Hardwood and heated tile floors, A/C, gas fireplace, granite countertops and office with wireless internet. Fully self contained with everything you need including a steam room, weight room and private back yard and deck with hot tub.

Booking Terms

Specific Rental Conditions

  • Nightly bookings with a two-night minimum and any day check-in.
  • Check in after 3:00pm and check out before 11:00am. Times may be flexible upon request.
  • A credit card is required for a $500 security/damage deposit for Unit 2. You will be notified within one week of departure if any charges are incurred.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Unit 1: First night will be charged at time of booking and not refundable if cancelled 7 days or less in advance of stay

Unit 2: If a booking is arranged 30 days or less in advance of stay, full payment will be required at time of booking. If a booking is arranged more than 30 days in advance of stay, a 25% deposit will be required at time of booking and the balance plus damage deposit will be taken 30 days prior to occupancy.

Payment accepted in Canadian funds by the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Money order or Cashier’s Cheque,cash. A credit card number will be required for security purposes.

Fees and Taxes

No taxes applicable.

Rates are quoted in Canadian funds.

Policies

  • No smoking is allowed, a cleaning/deodorizing fee of $250 for any infractions. Unfortunately we have to be very firm on the smoking policy as a result of the increase in allergies. We want the suite to be comfortable for all visitors.
  • No pets.
  • Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours.
  • Children are welcome.
  • Maid service is provided upon request for a fee.
